This is how you do your grocery shopping online with home delivery in Germany!

If you want to save time, if you don’t like queuing in stores and if you don’t like carrying your groceries around, you can take advantage of the REWE Lieferservice offer in Germany.

Just go to rewe.de and do your shopping:

To be able to shop on the website, you will first have to enter your postal code (German: PLZ). If there is a REWE supermarket near you that serves your area, you can have your order delivered to your home:

On rewe.de you have the choice of home delivery (Lieferung nach Hause) or picking up your shopping at the selected supermarket in your area (Abholung am Markt):

Once you have chosen the form of order, you can proceed to shopping. It’s good to know that you can also buy fresh groceries, such as meat or eggs, on the REWE website, so you don’t have to give anything up when shopping online. Moreover, after adding the chosen product to the basket, you will be informed about the missing amount. Minimum amount for shopping on rewe.de with home delivery is 50 euro. After filling the shopping cart you click on its icon to proceed to checkout:

After getting through this stage, it remains for you to choose a delivery date and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail and, if you give your phone number and choose the option of SMS notification, you will be informed shortly before the delivery about the time of the courier’s arrival.
